以硫酸改性后的硅藻土为载体,Keggin结构磷钨酸为活性组分,通过浸渍法制备出负载型催化剂H3PW12O40/改性硅藻土,并对催化剂进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)和N2-程序升温脱附(N2-TPD)表征。结果表明:酸改性后硅藻土的微孔增大增多,比表面积增大。H3PW12O40均匀分布在改性硅藻土载体上,负载后磷钨酸仍保持Keggin结构。以H3PW12O40/改性硅藻土为催化剂催化乙酸和正丁醇液相合成乙酸正丁酯,通过正交试验探索优化工艺条件。在较优工艺条件下,即w(40%H3PW12O40/改性硅藻土)=1.1%(基于反应物质量),n(酸)∶n(醇)=1∶3,125℃反应2.0h,酯化率高达98.1%。催化剂重复催化使用5次,酯化率仍可达86.1%。H3PW12O40/改性硅藻土可作为催化合成乙酸正丁酯的高效催化剂,具有活性高、用量少、价格低廉、制备简单、后处理简便、无废液排放等优点。  相似文献

The effects of antimicrobial agents (nisin, chitosan, potassium sorbate (PS) or silver substituted zeolite (AgZeo)) incorporated into low density polyethylene (LDPE) on the physicochemical and microbial quality of chicken drumsticks stored at 5 °C for 6 days were investigated. Active multilayer bags (LDPE/polyamide/LDPE-containing 2% antimicrobial agent) were used to pack chicken drumsticks under vacuum. Their efficiency in inhibiting total aerobic mesophilic bacteria (APC), total coliforms and total molds and yeasts were evaluated by comparison with control bag (LDPE-polyamide-LDPE). APC counts of samples packed in bags containing chitosan, nisin, AgZeo and PS were 1.03, 0.98, 0.51, and 0.17 log respectively were lower than those of samples packed in control bags. Samples packaged in active bags had lower microbial counts and thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBARS) values than those of samples packed in control bags. The pH, color and hardness of the samples were not affected significantly by use of different packaging films (p > 0.05). Therefore, the bag including chitosan or nisin can be suggested as a suitable packaging material for chicken drumstick to increase safety and quality.  相似文献

A diverse range of genetic elements has been used to develop genetically modified organisms (GMOs) over the last 18 years. Screening methods that target few elements, such as the Cauliflower Mosaic Virus 35S promoter (P-35S) and Agrobacterium tumefaciens nopaline terminator (T-nos), are not sufficient to screen GMOs. In the present study, a multiplex PCR system for all globally commercialized GM soybean events was developed to easily trace the events. For this purpose, screening elements of 24 GM soybean events were investigated and 9 screening targets were selected and divided into three individual triplex PCR systems: P-35S, ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase small subunit promoter of Arabidopsis thaliana, T-nos, T-35S, pea E9 terminator, open reading frame 23 terminator of A. tumefaciens, proteinase inhibitor II terminator of potato, acetohydroxy acid synthase large subunit terminator of A. thaliana, and the revealed 3′ flanking sequences of DP-305423-1. The specificity of the assays was confirmed using thirteen GM soybean events as the respective positive/negative controls. The limit of detection of each multiplex set, as determined using certified reference materials of specific GM events, ranged from 0.03 to 0.5%, depending upon target. Furthermore, 26 food samples that contained soybean ingredients, which were purchased from the USA, China, Japan, and Korea, were analyzed, 17 of which contained one or more GM soybean events. These results suggest that the developed screening method can be used to efficiently track and identify 24 GM soybean events in food and feed.  相似文献

研究改性防护蜡对轮胎胎侧胶性能的影响。结果表明,与传统防护蜡相比,改性防护蜡异构烷烃质量分数较小,结晶尺寸小且致密程度高。改性防护蜡可在不影响胎侧胶硫化特性和物理性能的前提下,大幅提高胎侧胶抗喷霜性能,保证轮胎表面不受臭氧侵蚀,在防止裂纹产生的同时明显改善成品轮胎外观。  相似文献

在薄层复合膜(thin-film composite membrane, TFC膜)中引入无机纳米颗粒,形成薄层纳米复合膜(thin-film nanocomposite membrane, TFN膜),近几年作为反渗透膜开始应用于水处理研究。但是无机纳米颗粒在TFC膜中的性能的不稳定性和膜的机械强度等变成了突出问题。合成制备了粒径约为110 nm修饰羧基的介孔氧化硅球状纳米颗粒(MSN—COOH),并将其成功地化学键合在TFC膜的表面功能层交联网络中。与TFC膜相比,键合有MSN—COOH的TFN膜,水通量提高了56.2%,保持高脱盐率;由于单分散介孔纳米颗粒表面亲水官能团的引入,使膜表面的亲水性有很大程度提高,单分散介孔纳米颗粒在基体中的有序排列,使膜表面粗糙度降低,提高了膜的抗污染能力。与普通TFN膜相比较,具有更好的稳定性和柔韧性,可以在长时间高压过滤操作下保持稳定。  相似文献

采用改性木质素(MZS)作为成核剂,生物质纤维(BF)作为增强剂,通过双螺杆挤出机制备了生物降解的聚乳酸(PLA)/BF/MZS材料。采用差式扫量热仪(DSC)、电子万能试验机和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了BF和MZS对PLA材料性能的影响。结果表明,BF和MZS有效提高了PLA的结晶能力和力学性能。当BF和MZS的含量分别为15%和1%时,PLA材料结晶度提高至67.1%,在50℃/min降温速率下仍具有较高的结晶能力。105℃等温结晶时,15%BF和1%MZS的PLA材料半结晶时间降低至9.0 s,比纯PLA缩短了72.2%。当PLA含有3%BF和1%MZS时,拉伸强度和冲击强度分别为70.1 MPa和7.4 kJ/m^2,比纯PLA分别提高了7.8%和10.4%,根据SEM显示,当BF含量为3%时,在PLA材料中分布较均匀。  相似文献

BiFe0.99Zn0.01O3 (BFZO) films were annealed in different atmospheres (Air, N2 and O2) on ITO/glass substrates. The influences of the different annealing atmospheres on the oxygen vacancy concentration, microstructure, ferroelectric behavior, leakage current, leakage mechanism, aging and dielectric performance of the BFZO films were studied. The crystallization and grain development for the sample annealed in an O2 atmosphere improved, and the concentrations of the Fe2+ and oxygen vacancies were the lowest among the samples studied herein. The BFZO film had the lowest leakage current density and the best ferroelectric performance in an O2 annealing atmosphere among the samples studied herein, and the leakage was due to the F-N tunneling effect mechanism. From the perspective of the volume effect, the aging model was established, and the aging mechanism of the BFZO films was discussed in depth. Compared with Air and N2, the annealed film in O2 exhibited no obvious aging.  相似文献

Recently, thermal interface materials (TIMs) are in great demands for modern electronics. For mechanically mixed polymer composite TIMs, the thermal conductivity and the mechanical properties are generally lower than expected values due to the sharply increased viscosity and poor filler dispersion. This work shows that addition of a small amount of polyester-based hyperbranched polymer (HBP) avoided the trade-off in mechanically mixed ABS/hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) composites. After adding 0.5 wt% HBP, the maximum h-BN content in the composites increased from 50 to 60 wt%. The out-of-plane, in-plane thermal conductivity, and tensile strength of ABS/h-BN with 50 wt% h-BN were 0.408, 0.517 W/mK, and 18 MPa, respectively, and were increased to 0.729, 0.847 W/mK, and 32 MPa by adding 0.5 wt% HBP, while 0.972, 1.12 W/mK, and 29.5 MPa were achieved for ABS/h-BN/HBP with 60 wt% h-BN. The morphological and rheological results proved that these enhancements are due to the improved h-BN dispersion by decreasing viscosity of composites during mixing. Theoretical modeling based on the modified effective medium theory confirmed such results and showed that the interfacial thermal resistance also decreased slightly. Thus, this work demonstrates a facile and scalable method for simultaneously improving the thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of thermoplastic-based TIMs.  相似文献

Among the non-canonical structures of B-DNA, the G-quadruplex is of particular interest because of its well-defined conformation, high stability, and versatility. Herein we report our studies on the development of an amide-linked minimal diguanosinyl motif that forms a G-quadruplex-like structure in solution in the presence of potassium cations; various linear guanosine amino acid dimers were synthesized with linkers of different chain lengths to investigate the optimum flexibility required to form such structures.  相似文献

Food supply chain is a rapidly growing integrated sector and covers all the aspects from farm to fork, including manufacturing, packaging, distribution, storing, as well as further processing or cooking for consumption. Along this chain, smart packaging could impact the quality, safety, and sustainability of food. Packaging systems have evolved to be smarter with integration of emerging electronics and wireless communication and cloud data solutions. Although there are many factors causing the loss and waste issues for foods throughout the whole supply chain of food and there have been several articles showing the recent advances and breakthroughs in developing smart packaging systems, this review integrates these conceptual frameworks and technological applications and focuses on how innovative smart packaging solutions are beneficial to the overall quality and safety of food supply by enhancing product traceability and reducing the amount of food loss and waste. We start by introducing the concept of the management for the integrated food supply chain, which is critical in tactical and operational components that can enhance product traceability within the entire chain. Then we highlight the impact of smart packaging in reducing food loss and waste. We summarize the basic information of the common printing techniques for smart packaging system (sensor and indicator). Then, we discuss the potential challenges in the manufacturing and deployment of smart packaging systems, as well as their cost-related drawbacks and further steps in food supply chain.  相似文献
